It may appear that I am "hogging" this thread. That is not my intention.
I am home most of today and thought I'd do some updates on this thread.
There are many days that I am not available during the day or I am out of town. While I am here today, I just want to share info on this thread.
I may not have this opportunity again.

Horn's death penalty motions fail
In an unusual move Wednesday, homicide suspect Brian Horn filed two handwritten motions attempting to take the death penalty out of consideration if he is convicted in the death of a 12-year-old Stonewall boy.
Horn, 37, of Keachi, filed the motions pro se, meaning he filed them on his own and without the assistance of his court-appointed attorney. Horn wanted the judge to declare the death qualification process a violation of the political and constitutional rights of the potential jurors and to prohibit the death qualification of the capital jury, District Attorney Richard Johnson said.

Both the prosecution and the defense have rest their case in the capital murder trial of Justin Bloxom. When the defense gave it's closing arguments attorney Daryl Gold said "they (prosecution) proved that Brian Horn killed Justin Bloxom," but he also said that the prosecution did not prove that it was not an accident.
