Interesting: Mom, CO, asked for probation and indicated he's been treated for an "impulse control" disorder since the age of 4. Mom and sisters claimed he was a great brother, uncle and jail would serve no purpose. Prosecutor claimed first time in history that a court shrink asked for the maximum sentence. He was suspended for fighting 20 times.
