Sex Offender Exposes Himself At Sex Offender Treatment Center

A convicted sex offender in Marcy, New York exposed himself to a female employee at Central NY Psychiatric Center.

The incident happened on March 23 and now the guy has been arrested. I guess they had to investigate. The man was arrested in 2004 and convicted and got out in 2008. I'm sorry I don't have the charges right here, but they are at the link along with his name.

I mean this was bound to happen, right?

oh yeah cause if someone working at a sex rehab says a convicted sex offender flashed her, she might by lying, right? so take 3 or 4 weeks to investigate.
