"20 year old Holly Bobo was taken from her Swan Johnson road home just after 7:30 this morning. Authorities say Bobo is around 5 foot three with long blond hair. Her abductor is described as a white man."

Here is Holly's FB; you can tell by some of her friend's posts that this is hers.
I can't understand what I read about she last seen by a family member being dragged off toward the woods...why wouldn't they have followed, or done something at the time?

This article says it was her 25 yr old brother that saw her being dragged off.
"TBI said Bobo's brother was inside the house and the kidnapping was outside. A spokesman would not give more details on what the brother told them."

Investigators now say the brother of missing Tennessee nursing student Holly Bobo did not see her being dragged from her home, and that they believe the 20-year-old was afraid for her life when she walked into the woods near her home with a man.

Listing by the FBI of the ten most sought after missing people list not only Holly Lynn Bobo (4-13-11) of TN but also Amber Elizabeth Cates (4-11-2004). They did not live far from one another, both were college age, and both look like sisters in the FBI photos. Are there other young ladies missing or abducted from this area?

This thread has some terrible info on it..nancy grace at 8 tonight had the info that it was her brother who watched them . he thought it was her bf .It wasnt untill they found blood in the car port they put 2 and 2 together ... she was one beautiful girl .

The info here came from LE & news media. it was a mess but this same information is everywhere and trust me, it's a lot more accurate here.
Even NG's people (Mike Brooks, Levi Page) were passing on the same information as on this thread....because thats what the media & LE were at first telling everyone.
I'm still hoping for a miracle for Holly

This case has been interesting to say the least. I think the hardest part is that there hasn't been a "spokesperson" from LE giving updates. Therefore, rumors and speculation have ran rampant. Watching the mother during the family portion of the press conference was difficult. This is how I would expect a grieving mother to act (not like some of the other mothers out there right now - Billie Dunn, Terri Horman). So very sad!

THP: "New Tactics" in Holly Bobo Search
In an update from Decatur County this morning, a spokesman with the Tennessee Highway Patrol stated that they would be trying some "new tactics", as the search for 20 year old Holly Bobo continues in West Tennessee.
Kristen Helm, with the TBI in Nashville, confirmed that 5 roadblocks were put in put in place this morning in the area of the Bobo residence around Swan Johnson Road and adjoining Myracle Town Road, among other roads in the Darden community area.

Officials said strong storms late Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning put a damper on the search for missing nursing student Holly Bobo, possibly washing away evidence.

Vigil Held One Week After Disappearance
One week after 20-year-old Holly Bobo disappeared from her Decatur County home, authorities called off volunteers for a day as they revisit their search plan.
TBI said that DNA tests on the blood found outside the Bobo home have come back, but they cannot release the results.
