I asked on the lawyers' thread and AZ agreed that, in this case, HHSS and HHBP probably discussed this matter before HHSS filed the order.
No idea what they agreed to, if anything, of course, but if it was going to amount to nothing, I think HHBP would have shut it down.
I just remember that HHBP gave her the max, 4 years consecutively, on the lying charges, so I have a little hope.

Not that my opinion will make any difference to the judge but I am going to be so ticked off if that bi---gets to have served her probation already in jail. NO ONE EVER does probation while they are in jail. They serve it after they get out of jail and I think it is supposed to keep them on the straight and narrow and so that someone knows what the criminal is doing. Casey Anthony seems to be not just her attorneys little princess but she will probably end up being the judges little princess too. She shouldn't be treated any different then any other criminal. If she gets away with this...if anyone that I know has to do jail time and then probation I will fight for the probation to be dropped cause they will have already done it while they were in jail. What is good for one is good for them all. Which I think is a whole lot of B.S.

in the DOC presser earlier today the spokesperson said that people do sometimes serve probation in jail, it happens.

She is no "different" than any other convicted felons that have had to serve their probation on the "outside" of jail ...
No "special" treatment for CFCA ...

hmm im not sure i like this/ i loved perry @ beginning of the trial, but imo he bent over too much for the defense...whos to say hes not gonna do it for her/ them again?????
i hope he steps it up, and no more BS> i know people posted a pic of him staring RIGHT at kc when she was doing her ill timed, inapproriate smirks/gestures...he was NOT amused..from the looks of that pic.
i hope judge p proves me wrong.

Prior to the trial there were many things the PT could not use at trial for fear it would be too prejudicial.......really paid off for the DT. I don't see anything changing under JP. I so hope to be proved wrong.
