This is Court as usual. KC's case is not the only case of the day. HHJP will call it according to the day's docket.
There really is no emergency, and he did put a stay on her showing up. So it will be called in due time. (There never was an emergency, but ya' know, publicity and feigned safety issues...jmo)

Mistakes happen. Many times there is morning court and afternoon court. If someone isn't there for morning court, the Judge will put it aside until afternoon court. If the person still isn't there for afternoon court, a warrent will be issued.
I learned this first hand. My paperwork said 1pm. So, I was there at 1pm. At the begining of afternoon court they announced those of us that hadn't appeared earlier. I almost fainted because I thought I was going to the pokey for failure to appear! Got all upset. The baliff came over to me and kindly said somethimes the paperwork doesn't match the docket. It's not uncommon. That's why we call for folks like you before court convienes.
This was only traffic court and my fine was reduced, but I must say, I was scared for a minute there!

Very interesting in this case the prosecution was asking for reimbursement for bringing the case and HHJP granted this. $100 is all but still it tells that HHJP is open to this.

Plead to under 20 grams, time served, court costs, probation. Concurrent, drug eval. counseling, treatment program, random drug testing, 50 hrs community service.Payment rate of 20 dollars per month. No wonder FL is going broke.

JB once more trying to sway testimony. How many times did he ask if she was concerned about safety? She answered, basically that she is always concerned about the safety of her officers, no more in this case.
