FL: Port Orange, June 2012: Body found in backyard of rape suspect James Maxwell
Who could this be? I just saw this and no update that I can find:
"PORT ORANGE, Fla. (AP) - Authorities say they've found human remains in the backyard of a central Florida man already facing child rape and kidnapping charges.
Port Orange police say 44-year-old James Maxwell is a suspect in the death of the person they found. Officials say they have a good idea of who it is, but they won't release the identity publicly until it's confirmed by a medical examiner. They did confirm that the body was extremely decomposed and had likely been there for more than a year."

Or maybe this is a break to ID the serial killer that appears to be working the Daytona Beach area. Port Orange is basically the next town over from Daytona Beach.

A family thinks the remains may be Chasity Starr. She has been missing a little over a year, and had been involved in prositution. The family was told the remains found in the backyard of James Maxwell's family home are female, small in stature, and had been there around a year.
