An Amber Alert has been issued for a little girl abducted on Marlboro Street in Boston Sunday morning.

Reigh Rockerfeller, 7, was last seen at 12:44 p.m.

She is described as a white female with blond hair and blue eyes. She is about 4 feet tall and weighs 50 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white sun dress, red shoes and dark sunglasses.

Police say she might be with Clark Rockerfeller, who is described as a white male in his fifties, 5 foot 6 inches tall, and about 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing khaki pants and a blue Izod shirt.

The two may be traveling in a black SUV with a Red Sox license plate and Red Sox stickers on the rear window.

Boston police believe the little girl may be in danger. Anyone with information is asked to call police.

The State of Massachusetts issued the Amber Alert Sunday evening after the girl was reportedly abducted in Boston. She is considered to be in danger.

Reigh Rockefeller 7 yrs., white female, 4', 50 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink/white sundress, red shoes, and dark sunglasses.

The suspect is Clark Rockefeller who is a white male in his fifties approximately 5'6" , 170 pounds, wearing khacki pants and a blue Izod shirt.

The suspect vehicle is a a black SUV, Tahoe or Yukon, with an unknown Massachusetts Red Sox license plate and numerous Red Sox stickers on the rear window.

There is no real updated info. However I have spoken to the BPD and they have not started any type of search, so they are not looking for volunteers. The child is obviously with her father and not missing alone in an unknown location.

Clark Rockefeller IS one of the famous Rockefeller family and has a yacht docked in Boston Harbor. I have heard reports that the yacht is missing and also that it is not, so I don't know for sure.

He is also Director of the tony Algonquin Club in Boston, a hoity toity club for Harvard grads and rich business types.

There is a report circulating that he had an accomplice with him. He was under supervised visitations and overpowered a male social worker who was overseeing the visit. The abduction seems to be well thought out and planned.

Hopefully at seven Reigh will be able to rech out to a stranger if she is within ear shot.

According to reports today he is NOT. But what is interesting is he KNEW instinctively what first name to use so people would think he was. There is an entire generation of Rockefellers who have the name Clark in their names, as two women who married into the rockefeller family were Clarks. Interesting.

What boggles my mind is the press can't give anymore info about him. He appears to have some money. They owned several homes and he was able to purchase the yacht. They even owned a 200 year old church in New Hampshire and gave the town over 100,000 for a town project.

For a guy with a ton of aliases, and no criminal records, WHERE did he come from? Why hasn't anyone come forward and said, "Oh, that's ____ _____ I went to school with him"? Also for a man with no criminal record why was he on supervised visitations and why did a judge alow the mother to move out of the country and change the girls name?

According to friends coming into Logan last evening the police were searching all cars, including trunks, for the child. The Amber Alert was broadcast on numerous TV stations way into the night not only in MA but Ct and NH also.


I sincerely hope Reigh is found safe and sound. However, having witnessed a few Amber Alerts in Massachusetts, I do see a difference with how this one has been handled due to a Rockefeller being involved. A rose by any other name is still a rose; An abducted child by any other name is still an abducted child. There should be no difference in how the Alerts are handled.


Clark Roosevelt also goes by the names "Clark Mills" and "James Frederick".

Reigh's mother is Sandra Boss, a highly esteemed financial specialist who has worked with, among others, NY Senator Schumer and NYC Mayor Bloomberg. She has been in MA news lately for having staved off the foreclosure of Edith Wharton's estate, The Mont.

There appears to be a question about Clark Roosevelt's background and just how he figures into the well-know Rockefeller family.

So, I live on an island in NC.

I've noticed the Coast Guard Helicopters working over time today.

If I walk out the door I can see the intercostal waterway, but that would be too risky for him to navigate. So, I'm sure he decided to travel the ocean. (That's what they've been scanning today, but they do this a lot, I just noticed it has gone on longer than usual today and for all I know it could be unrelated).

Technically, if he is hauling tail, I guess he could be to NC by now, planning to either cut over to Bermuda, or head on to the Bahamas.

You can't really run a 72 ft yacht on your own. I would assume he has a crew, and if your boat owner shows up and says "Lets go" you don't really question it?

Unless it is a sailboat (which I haven't been able to clarify), he's going to have to pull in somewhere to get fuel soon.

I'll check my VHF radio and let you know what I find out.

I did a search and found no thread on this.

Reigh Rockefeller was abducted Sunday by her father. Police suspect he is using his yacht to make the getaway. They found the vehicle he used to abduct her and the driver has turned himself in.

Clark Rockefeller is not relation to the famous family but allegedly liked to pretend he was.
