I think it is blessed virgin guadalupe. Worshiping "guadalupe" is common in Mexico. IIRC it is another name for Mary.
Wonder if the initials BVG have something to do with sports ?

For what it's worth, I emailed one of the NamUs regional administrators listed for these cases a year ago to ask why the photographs were identical on NamUs.Not sure if this is the best place to post this, but does anyone know what do the letters "BYS" and "B.V.G." stand for?
I have noticed two separate cases of unidentified persons with these letters tattooed on their arms and I would like to know what the two men have in common.

The photos of the tattoos are the same for both cases which cannot be right, but I checked another source and the discription of the tattoos is correct.
For what it's worth, I emailed one of the NamUs regional administrators listed for these cases a year ago to ask why the photographs were identical on NamUs.
She replied that she would try to get to the bottom of it. The images have been corrected, but the tattoo description remains cross-posted, although with different wording.

Doe Network lists NamUs as their source for Case 2129UMIN. My guess is that the confusion has somehow been propagated and the tattoo photographs actually belong to Case 622UMGA since the stickers in the images say "Fulton County ME."
1983 Male (25-35) Texas: Red and blue tattoo above left nipple. Hand giving the bird (middle finger extended). Hand is walking on legs. Above drawing is "DRUGS SEX" and below is "ROCK-N-ROLL"

The walking hand giving the bird is a symbol for the Galloping Goose Motorcycle Club. Not sure if it's relevant, but it's worth looking into.

1973 Male (11-20) Florida: Right mid-arm has a horizontally-oriented scroll with indistinct letters "AM.....". At left mid-forearm, posteriorly, initials "T.K." Right thumb web has a 5-pointed star. On left thumb web a bluish round spot.
https://identifyus.org/en/cases/1343
The T.K. with the five pointed star is for the gang The Latin Kings. I used to counsel some of the Latin Kings in prison and that is what they have on them, sometimes they put it on their face under their eye and also on the hands.
Also especially if they are hispanic the number 13 signifies the MS-13 gang.
