Hi, It could be Nancy has heard Mark Geragoss state that is what is going to be the 'toughie' for the Defense in this case. KC's actions, lies, glib attitude and lack of normal emotion down to not ever reporting her child missing are what this case will hinge on when all is said and done.

Mark learned his lesson well in the Scott Peterson case.

Megan Kelly on FOX just said no matter what the Defense has in this case, there is no way they will ever get around the fact this mother never reported her daughter missing.

Why would lifetime or any other network care if they have immunity? If they pay G/C 1.7 million and the state takes it under the son of sam lien law it doesn't change their bottom line at all. Just not following that particular theory.

Doubt it. JMO. She has definately gained weight. Her face is more round and less angular. Her backside is bigger. The pictures compared side by side of her going to jail and these today...big difference. Gaining weight is no big deal as I do it all the time. I just hope that is all it is, is weight from all the junk she is consuming and no exercise.

I don't think they mentioned burial/cremation. My cynical side says the A's will choose cremation to destroy possible evidence.

I thought she also looked pudgy, from the little attention I tried to give her today. I also think she was trying her best to not be more smug because she was probably forewarned not to. But I am sure she knows she got a little bit of it across because she did. Gloating, smug, detached, ugly. And yeah, she is ugly too.

Well it doesn't make sense to me.. their experts could have taken every sample possible by this time.. its not like there was enough remains left to make such a huge deal of this.
It indeed speaks of delaying, but not for forensics.
