Casey fingerprints- source said "This is not going to be good news for the defense."
Gives state aggravating factor to consider the death penalty.
"Overwhelming evidence of guilt and premeditation"
To defend this Casey will need to get on stand to explain.

Short but oooooh so very sweet.
What we were all expecting. Looks like Caylee is going to get justice despite all the efforts contrary and the million dollar defense. Looking like they won't be able to buy a verdict this time!!!

According to a source close to the investigation, test results from the FBI crime lab on the duct tape found on slain toddler Caylee Anthony's skull are in that new batch of evidence.
When asked by WESH 2's Bob Kealing if Casey Anthony’s fingerprints were on the duct tape, a source with direct knowledge of the investigation said, "This is not going to be good news for the defense."
