Just so you know Beatrice - Snodgrass no longer lives at that address. We heard it on the scanner a while back - a neighbor called LE about some people entering that house which was boarded up at the time. Apparently Snodgrass left and sealed the house shut so the bank couldn't get into it or some such silliness. Been quite a while ago - check with Grandmaj, Wasalurker or Christee - they have the notes on it.

Oh, I see now. As to DS, of all the registered SO's around that area, he has always been on my radar. I just can't get past the actions of MC and RC. As I've stated before, whatever the outcome may be, if this case is ever solved, I don't think it will surprise me.

It's nearby...I don't have the address.
IMO this would be Misty's secrets surrounding Haleigh's disappearance
Hanging out with Snodgrass
Drug usage
Allowing him to take photos
POSSIBLY allowing him to babysit Monday night...JMO
She would lose Ronald if she admitted to these "secrets"

You've yet to explain fully why this particular perv strikes you as most likely villain in the disappearance of Haleigh. He's been looked into by LE. He's been watched by Cobra. Why him? This info was posted here.
He was a friend of Misty's & did take photos of her.
His real focus was probably on Haleigh.
And, yes...He well could have offered to babysit.

The allegations about D Snodgrass selling a boat after Haleigh went missing has been discussed in a couple different places. Two of which we were previously not allowed to post a link to months ago. However, Art Harris did covered it

Yes, Snodgrass was the one that went to the Haleighburg Center to donate furniture. He was told to leave and I believe that is where he got into an altercation with Cobra.

If there's any truth to this (post 1030 at link below), I find it odd that this property has never been searched. This is very disturbing if it's true.
I think all possibilities have to be looked at. If he and Misty were friends, he should be looked at more closely. Maybe he has been and we just don't know about it yet.
I think all of the things you've listed above could be possibilities....IMO.

Okay, I thought that was Sapp that sold a boat. I'm so confused now. I don't know why, with 27+ (or whatever the final number was reported) sex offenders in the area.

If these are Misty's secrets that she's been hiding, I'm optimistic about the outcome. I think they should be able to do some kind of a plea deal with her soon if she was guilty only of negligence and didn't have her hand in Haleigh's actual death or didn't get paid for selling her to a pedo ring or anything like that. I assume that they can offer her immunity that she won't get charged for letting a perv near the children in her care if her information leads to Haleigh or an arrest. If she's faced with the choice of ratting out a random perv that she's not in love with or anything, or spending the next 74 years in jail, I think she'll eventually do the right thing. Her drug usage is already well out of the bag and if she's going to be an inmate for quite some time, her Ronald is as good as lost to her already.

Camp Cobra is the only place I know of. He talked with someone that either knows DS or is kin to DS... the convo between Cobra and the woman saw claims made that we were unable to verify (like, the lady said that Snodgrass was supposedly on a news show like 20/20 for getting away with murder... but we never could find anything on it)
