NOPD: Help Us Find Missing Man

NEW ORLEANS -- The New Orleans Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a 21-year-old man diagnosed with minor retardation who went missing Friday.
Samuel J. Emerson, 21, of Crowly, La., was last seen at about 6:30 p.m. at a hospital located in the 200 block of Henry Clay Avenue.
The woman who reported Emerson missing, identified by police as Kelly Hanks, said she had a verbal argument with Emerson when he left the hospital.
Hanks said due to Emerson's condition she is worried about his safety, who said she has not seen or heard from Emerson since.
Emerson is described as white, 5-feeet 9-inches tall, weighing 150 pounds and with a tattoo of the name "Robert" on his back. He has short red hair and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a white and blue jacket with white shoes in the area of Tchoupitoulas Street and Napoleon Avenue.
Anyone with information that can help locate Emerson should contact the New Orleans Police Department at 821-2222.
