Hey, I know this might be a little OT, but remember the fake search in San Mateo? There was a man, unknown to bl****** (the lady with the search dog), who told her he was a retired FBI agent. He was later identified as the father of JR, the young man who helped at the Haleighbug Center. Could this man have actually been the PI, Steven Brown?
