According to this news, ex husband thinks she jumped. He talked to her last and reported her missing.

The body recovered Wednesday from the Susquehanna River in Manor Township is that of a Manheim Township woman missing since last month, the Lancaster County Coroner said.

Tracy A. Kiebach, 43, died as the result of freshwater drowning, Dr. Stephen Diamantoni said after conducting an autopsy Thursday morning. He ruled the death a suicide.
