Moler's lengthy criminal history has some wondering how he was even eligible for parole and who made the decision to release him. News 3 made some calls and learned that two people with the Texas Pardons and Parole Board in Huntsville made the decision. TDCJ officials say Commissioners, Tony Garcia and Billy Humphrey are the ones who voted to release Moler.
Thursday morning, Jerwoody Moler will appear before a judge in Huntsville.

Oh jeez. Well, I do hope Tony and Billy feel the blood of this lovely, innocent girl on their hands for the rest of their days on earth.
These people need to do better when it comes to deciding whether a perp has been (or can be) rehabilitated or not. They clearly made a bad call here.
Is there any indication this POS knew this beautiful girl? What a tragic and needless loss.
