Police seek missing teen

City police are looking for a reported runaway juvenile. Odaisha M. Short, 16, was last seen about 7 p.m. on Tuesday in the 1000 block of East Park Street.
Short is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 123 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing an army green sweat shirt, a jacket of unknown color, black sweat pants and white shoes.
