Nope don't stop posting mytime. We all learned that way. You are good natured about it and correct any problems. No big deal in my opinion!
Does anyone think they are getting the prosthesis specs just in order to have it on hand should they locate it in the future?

Where is Zahra's mother?
Zahra's mother is still in Australia where the little girl was born. Some stories are circulating that Zahra hasn't seen her mother since she was 8 months old. In May, when we interviewed Zahra, she mentioned her mother in Australia as if she'd seen her more recently than that.
A woman posted in Australia posted on her Facebook page Tuesday that she was good friends with Zahra's mother, Emily, and that Emily had been searching for Zahra for 5 years. The post went on that Emily found out last week Zahra's father was remarried and living in North Carolina. It also indicated they learned Monday Zahra was missing in NC.
|
Yes, I do believe that Emily had been searching for Zahra for 5 years and it is MOO that bio mom was in Zahra's life for the first 4 years. Thanks for posting this Imamaze. Me thinks AB has not always been truthful to the women in his life including his Mom (KB).

Kat, me thinks they may have found something. Tomorrow will be interesting with EB and her court date.

Very true. I do worry about recurrence for her, though, since she had secondary lung cancer after her initial bout with the bone cancer in her leg. I can't imagine not taking my child for at least semi-annual checkups with an oncologist or appropriate specialist (even if I were broke and had to beg for her to be seen). Of course, it's possible she was taken for appropriate medical care.
However, if EB were abusing Zahra as badly as those around them would have us believe, EB may have not wanted her to be enrolled in school or to see any doctor whatsoever for fear she might tell on her. In that case, I could see an infection or a cancer recurrence (or any other illness) being neglected out of selfishness.
I think until we know something, these kinds of thoughts are gonna be floating around. It's really hard to say what would be the worst case scenario out of all we've wondered about here. If she is gone, I almost hope she was overdosed and fell asleep peacefully. What a horrid thing to even think...but compared to some other scenarios, definitely the lesser of evils.

Keep posting and keep the thoughts coming. This case is so puzzling and with so many twists and turns that every ounce of brain power that can be mustered is going to be needed to see this one through to the end.

Oh my goodness, please don't stop posting! I've had several of my posts removed because I unknowingly broke the rules. Mods are always here to help us and remind us---not chastise us with cruelty....they are consistently helpful to those who are learning, as I am certainly still doing! Post away!!

If she were regularly seeing a doctor or having the prosthesis checked and/or replaced LE wouldn't need the medical information from Australia. It's quite possible she received immunizations for school here in the U.S. and nothing more. And if she didn't receive the necessary health care here in the U.S., both AB/EB are, at the very least, negligent. MOO

The police removed her mattress, bed frame and bags of "evidence."
2 thoughts -
What took them so long?
Also, what did they find?? Now they want her parents DNA, Zahra's medical records. etc. Maybe this is just routine but I am left wondering.

I agree i dont think they have any medical records at all. What if this child didnt have cancer ? what if these ppl said she did and when ppl came to investigate they got rid of her.....
I would like some medical records to say she had cancer.
there are ppl out there that exploit their kids for monitary gain!
I think this is what the LE are looking for!
