GA- Mom's boyfriend charged w/ Critically Injuring 10mo-old Jasmine Rogers
A man suspected of causing critical brain injuries to a Washington County infant now faces three charges, according to the county sheriff.
Dennis James, age 32, is now charged with child cruelty, aggravated battery and aggravated assault, says Sheriff Thomas Smiith. He said James is now in the Washington County jail.
The sheriff says 10-month-old Jasmine Rogers is in critical condition at a children's hospital in Augusta with brain damage.
Smith says James is the boyfriend of Rogers' mother.
