MO - Jacque Rawson Waller, 39, Jackson, 31 May 2011 - Clay Waller chgd w/ murder
I've never done this before, but this was in the Post-Dispatch. It appears that Jacque was on her way to file for divorce in Cape Girardeau and has disappeared. Her vehicle has been found on I-55. It is not sounding good. She is the mother of triplets.

Jacque's vehicle was found abandoned on Interstate 55 on Wednesday afternoon and has also been searched for evidence. The police are asking if anyone saw the vehicle after 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday to call them.

Waller's car, a blue Honda Pilot, was found abandoned on I-55 near the 105 mile marker, according to police.
UPDATE (6/3/11 4:00 p.m. CDT): Police located the boat they believe is associated with Waller's case.

In March the former Cape Girardeau County resident moved to Ste. Genevieve to live with her sister.
"She was supposed to be returning to Ste. Genevieve (Wednesday), but she never showed up", said Lt. Rodney Barnes with the Jackson Police Department.

Oh my...looking at sisters fb....sister has temp. custody of the triplets and they aren't holding out much hope that she is alive...she says he's too greedy for that.

By Friday, many in the neighborhood had heard of Waller's disappearance and news of police investigating a missing boat triggered Renee Tilley's memory.
Tilley, who lives along North Neal Street, said between 5:30 and 6 p.m. Wednesday she saw a blue sport utility vehicle speed west along Morton Street and then turn onto Neal Street. A boat, she said, was on a trailer behind the vehicle.
"And there wasn't a woman driving that thing, either. There was a man behind the wheel," Tilley said.

Had the same thought TGI.
Seems a little dumb to use her car to tow/launch the boat, but hopefully that will be his downfall.
What's interesting is the soon-to-be ex was formerly employed by one the agencies investigating the case (per comments at the Missourian.com).

Jacque last seen at 5:00.
Witness saw her car pulling the boat between 5:30 and 6:00.
So was he leaving his home at 5:30/6:00 or coming back?

At first, I thought the same thing but the caption on one of the photos he says "I took the kids to LA." If Jacque was with him, I would tend to think it would say "we". And at some point, there would be pictures of him and Jacque or Jacque and the kids. JMO

On the facebook page, I see pics of the 3 triplets but in this birth announcement I found online they say there was another child also. Has there been any mention of this child?
