Casey Anthony’s parents have denied any attempts at negotiating a book contract, according to People. CBS’s imprint Simon and Schuster have denied any forthcoming books by any members of Anthony’s team.

The Dr. Phil show intends to air an interview with the Anthonys. They either have paid for, or intend to pay for, the interview with a donation to the Anthony's charity.
Edited to add: The Anthonys can not work but will draw a salary from this foundation.
