Mexico - Kidnap victims allegedly held in Mexican jail -Monterry 7-Oct-2011

I wonder how many Americans were/are in those jails and how many were among the bodies.

I've read articles and seen things on the news about missing people in Mexico but I've never heard any mention of a ransom for their safe return. Has anyone else read anything about this?
