Washington Domestic Violence Crisis and Support Resources
Victim Confidentiality Program: Since 1991, the Address Confidentiality Program (ACP) has helped crime victims (specifically domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking) to stay safe. ACP is designed to prevent offenders from using state and local government records to locate their victims. To participate in the program you must be a survivor of sexual assault, domestic violence or stalking, a resident of the State of Washington, and must have recently moved to a location unknown to your abuser and unknown to government agencies. One component of the program has set up special voter registration and marriage licensing procedures that prevent public access through those records. The program now provides services to underserved populations, including tribal members, deaf and hard-of-hearing victims, and Spanish-speaking victims. The contact number is 1-800-822-1065 or 360-753-2972 or visit http://www.secstate.wa.gov/acp/ for more information.

Domestic Violence

Are you a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking or other crime?
Do you know someone who is a victim of a crime?
The Office of Crime Victims Advocacy Resource Directory can help you to locate a non-emergency victim service provider in Washington State. Each service provider offers a variety of services such as crisis intervention, advocacy, support groups, medical & mental health care, transitional housing, emergency shelter and many more. Additionally, some service providers may focus on domestic violence or sexual assault. You can search the directory using the the county map or the buttons to locate a service provider.

Washington State Court Forms
Here you will find forms that are used statewide in Washington Courts. This is not a complete list of all forms as your Court may require a non-statewide form to file a case, which are created and managed by the local Court. Please check with your local Court to confirm. You can also check Local Court Rules for more information.
Please select a category below, search for the court form you are looking for, or refer to the List of All Forms.
