It doesn't necessarily mean he planned her murder. He may have lent his card to someone, but more likely he had a spare card and after the this happened he had someone go get the card from his house and use it. Stranger things have been done. There was no way to make a certain ID of the person in the ATM photo because the brim of the cap obscured the face.
