Court and Police Documents

http://www.couriermail.com.au/news/q...-1226409480965

The affidavits handed to the court for his Friday bail application include details of text messages Baden-Clay allegedly sent to his wife Allison on the morning he reported her missing where he repeatedly asked where she was.

In an affidavit dated June 21 lodged in the Supreme Court in support of his bail application, Baden Clay said he was not a flight or suicide risk.

Baden-Clay was refused bail on Friday after Justice David Boddice said, after taking all factors into account, he considered he was a flight risk.

The police affidavit said blood found in the rear of the car was tested and confirmed to be Allison's.
Justice Boddice said police had filed a "statement that it is" her blood and that they were not required to present further evidence at this stage of the court process.

Accused husband sent texts to 'missing' wife
ACCUSED wife-killer Gerard Baden-Clay sent two early-morning text messages to his wife Allison the day after police allege he murdered her, asking where she was and urging her to call him.

Police statements lodged with the court reveal Mr Baden-Clay told the initial investigating officers the morning after Allison went missing that he went to sleep about 10pm and left her watching The Footy Show.
According to the police, he admitted having an affair and told them he and Allison had discussed it the night before.
Police said he had distinct scratches on the right-hand side of his face and explained them as having cut himself with an old shaver, but officers said they appeared "similar to scratches made by fingernails".

I have just had another look at these photos of the bloodstains in the car. If you look there is a clear horizontal line, which to me seems to indicate that the bloodstains were leaking out from a wrapping of some sort around Allison's body, maybe a tarp or carpet.
