MA - Dirk Greineder - Doctor Who Murdered Wife

Claiming he’s a victim of “blatant, testimonial hearsay,” a once-prominent Wellesley Hills allergist serving life for the Halloween slaughter of his wife 12 years ago has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to consider his bid for a new trial.

Supreme Court justices will review ex-doc Dirk Greineder’s 30-page petition at a conference scheduled for April 1.

Greineder is hoping to pique the Supreme Court’s interest in Sixth Amendment cases by arguing that a lab- oratory director’s testimony at his trial about DNA evidence — when she neither conducted nor reviewed the actual testing — amounts to “blatant, testimonial hearsay” that violated the ex-doc’s constitutional right to confront witnesses against him.

Any updates on Dirk Greineder? I guess they didn't grant him a new trial. I wonder if his children are all still standing by his side?
