Can you believe this, Joe?
Here's a little more about Minh Tran who already was abused by her husband.

Then you got little punks busting in your home and beating you.

Disturbing. I would not be surprised if these boys grow up to be career criminals.

Where I live, the parents (most of them facing their third strike if they commit another felony) will send their kids into the houses that they pick. These could be really bad kids, they could just be showing learned behavior, or they could have Mommy or Daddy telling them they are going to go in there and see what they can get or they're going to get beat for not doing it.
No matter the reason, this is just sad all the way around.

Wow, Gracelin you came from Juniata? I heard it was real nice with the Carl Marklay Apartments way back. Lots of dances and stuff.
Gracelin I noticed you wrote "Juanita". Was that a typo or the term so many use now because of the influx of Latino's that came to Juniata? I've heard people use that term. Apparently there's a huge influx of Asians now there as well as in my neighborhood. Very hard working people who just want to live a decent life with no violence.
Those kids indeed have seen alot. Now they're the perps.

The 10-yr old ringleader had been "running amok" on the streets for weeks and "tormenting numerous people", according to neighbors.
http://www.philly.com/philly/news/20...hbors_say.html
excerpt:
The boy accused of attacking Tran has been charged as a juvenile with aggravated assault, robbery, burglary, and related offenses. He was being held at the Youth Study Center.
Although the boy and the woman are of different races, "clearly there's more going on with someone this young" than racial animosities, said Alison Sprague, executive director of Victim/Witness Services of South Philadelphia.
"I don't know what's going on in this boy's mind," she said.

The 10-yr old has admitted in juvenile court that he robbed and beat the woman, and then apologized to her.
The boy has ADHD and is taking medication. He reads at a first-grade level. What a mess.
He could get probation or be sent to a juvenile facility.
