Unicoi County authorities found the body of 65-year old Jimmy Lee Bennett of Johnson City, late Friday afternoon just off an embankment near his car in Mitchell County, North Carolina.

There were no apparent signs of foul play but sources close to the investigation tell News Channel 11 it appears bennett's body had been dragged to a remote spot and dumped.
