It is unconstitutional that the DT isn't in court for the 830 AM hearing. Ok not unconstitutional but unconscionable.
 
On the plus side, the phone system is loud and clear. Much better than when we tried in vain to listen to the poor JAC lawyers during the hearings.
 
OMG, AF needs JB or someone to speak for ICA and they are not present!

This motion burns me up! Not just on this case but on all the DP it may effect.

Just wanted to say I love that picture of Caylee you have in your siggy. Every time I see that picture I just melt. She was such a sweet little baby.
 
AF did not speak directly to ICA about this motion wants to refer to attorneys, who are not present. Should ICA be speaking before the judge without her attorney present??
