This is an informative read.s

One item of note:
Holmes is charged with 24 counts of murder and 140 counts of attempted murder — two counts for each person killed and two for each person injured. He’s also charged with possession of explosives and committing a crime of violence.

When the jury has reached its decision ,I am imagining how long it will take to read the verdict for all the above counts.
 
I'll be watching. I don't live far from the theater. It was a horrific time for our community and this one is hitting a little close to home. I can say literally and it actually means literally lol.
 
Going to try and follow this...I feel like I've lost a limb since arias trial is completed.

4 hours to go right? I'm still on jodi time.

I am thinking about following this trial. I have never watched an insanity trial so it might be interesting. I hate to watch a trial that will last until September. I am at least going to watch opening statements to see how it will go.
I am very happy to join you all in this trial.
I see many are live streaming. Does anyone have one they prefer?

Trial will be M-F 9-5:00 with up to 90 minute lunch.
She will be commenting and doing a live update each evening at 7:30 on Diane Diamond's program.

Court hours of 9-5 and working Friday's...what is this sorcery lmao

So used to about 3 hours testimony and 4 day weeks.

Opening statements should last about 2 hours each per BK
