The pics I have seen of the pile up on 275 are horrendous. I live in Cincy and there was a period of about 20 minutes with pretty heavy snowfall. The temps are well below freezing. A 12 year old girl lost her life.

My husband is up there for work this week.. He was hoping for a snow storm so he wouldn't have to go, but not while he is there.. LOL , well he has been a jerk today so guess he deserves it.

Our kids have a two hour delay tomorrow - it is supposed to get down to 4F! High tomorrow is 13F:coldcase:

Our county schools are on a two hour delay, but I haven't heard from ours...they prefer to auto call the parents at 5 a.m. :dunno:

ETA: They just called thank goodness - my dad just had surgery, so I don't want those early morning phone calls.

Bright and sunny here north of the "D", but it is frikkin' cold. Single digit to 'teens temps with additional windchill values that make it below 0 throughout the metro-Detroit area. -12 where I am. Glad to be leaving this behind for a week. Stay safe and warm.
