2009.11.12 Mallory's deposition

Mallory is being interviewed for her deposition by the prosecution today. I hope they ask her what she was doing at the Anthony's home on the day Caylee was found...

JBean, I did a search and didn't see a thread for her, although I thought I'd seen one many, many months ago!

I'm not holding out for that to happen...but who knows..she may pull through! When will we get to see the depo I wonder?

I doubt she will tell anything that isn't A slant. Afterall, she has to pay them back for that free cruise!

On another note, I too hope that they ask her why she was at the house that day. It is just too coincidental that she happens to be at the house within minutes of Caylee's body being found. Not that she couldn't have been there truly feeding the dogs, but the timing is just too strange as so many other things in this case are.

I Don't remember all the specifics now but was there something about her not immediately opening the door? I remember seeing pictures of them escorting her out of the house. I wonder if they searched her before they let her leave?

The courthouse was on lockdown for 30 minutes this morning - I hope it didn't get the depo rescheduled . . .

George's state depo was done on Aug. 5, 2009 and the discussion thread here was started Oct. 15, 2009. So, over 2 months.

I'm sure Lee has been under pressure to keep the relationship with Mallory intact. I bet G & C have been super sweet to her (like taking her on the cruise). Mallory probably has quite a bit of info to hold over their heads. Better not p*ss her off Lee!! Kind of fun to envision someone wielding the power over Cindy! :croc:

I don't think she'll have anything earth shattering to say as she is on the A's save KC bandwagon MOO. The A's would slam her to the pavement as they have done the rest of the KC naysayers MOO.

I agree.
IMO Mallory fully supports the family (Lee, C&G and KC) if she didn't she would have walked away or like most, have been kicked to the curb months ago.

Shoot, they were taken in August and we got them just a few weeks ago didn't we? Also, doesn't it seem like JB is sitting on stuff he doesn't want out in the public? I imagine the speed at which her depo transcript appears will be inversely related to how juicy it is.

She is a board member of the CMA foundation still, isn't she (along with DC)?

On one hand, she is deep in the Anthony camp, but she may also be the "conscience" behind some of the reticence LA has had in stumping for his sister. He, unlike CA, seems more open to the need to interact with a reasonable person's sense of reality instead of dictating the terms.

How much do you think the Globe or Nat Enquirer would pay her for the 'inside story' of the Anthony family? That girl has as much relationship security as is possible to get. She has the upper hand, that's for sure...

I haven't been reading here much as this case just continues to break my heart, but how did I miss them taking a cruise? I thought they were broke. :waitasec:

I too hope that she finds it in her heart to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth...not any half-truths or mis-truths (otherwise known as lies, Cindy).

No she has never been interviewed and I find this quite upsetting!
Now they have nothing to compare her story today from what it was over a year ago. From the news:
Parker has been dating Lee Anthony since before Caylee's disappearance, and she has been at the Anthony family home during several events that occurred there.

Detectives never formally interviewed Parker.

Casey Anthony's defense team next week will depose Roy Kronk.

Well they are said to have received over $200K from one network for 'licensing fees' associated with an interview (they sold Caylee photos) then they were forced to admit they had received $20K from 48hrs Mystery program for more licensing fees (wink wink) and I am SURE that was only an instalment- so a quick Cruise to the Bahamas wouldn't put a dent in that- plus Cindy is drawing disability , dunno if George is getting unemployment pay ........etc
