Though, if she does ultimately make it onto the jury, she seems to be easily swayed by what she thinks people want her to think. She went from I don't feel comfortable judging people to I could impose the death sentence rather quickly.

That is what worries me about this juror. Wild card.

I did say I loved this juror, but I totally defer to almost anyone else as I have no idea who would be best as a juror. I just like honest people, she seems like a honest person but...as I said I have no idea if she would make a good juror or not.

I realize that I do not know if I could vote for death. I would have to be there and in that situation and be presented with the facts and...yeah I do not envy these folks.

 :blowkiss: to everyone posting today, yesterday...and to everyone reading!

:cow:

Does anyone know where to find good pictures of the entire area of the Anthony home in relation to the wooded area where the child was found?

Well the sidebar is bringing something out that we can't know about. I'd say the State was kind not to hit her like a brick with something publicly if it is sensitive.
Was it about this juror...or the next one up?

What age is older?

For me personally it would be in your mid to late 90's. I have a few friends that are just that, and one that just turned 100. Some are set in their ways, some are open minded. I don't talk with them about this case though, that would open a whole can of worms I don't want to listen to. A long can of worms.

For this juror I think everyone is concerned that she is not understanding all that is being asked of her. IDK.

Oh no! I didn't hear him say peremptory. This is bad. Never seen a peremptory objected to and sustained! This lady could really screw up this case. I'm sorry. No way can she understand a case of this complexity. She's going to go off pure emotion: "Well, now. That young lady looks nice. I saw pictures of her with her baby. She could not have killed her. And her momma? Well, I can see how she feels. That makes sense. Pizza could really stink."

I am now suddenly worried about this case.

Until they play the jail house calls! Or see the video visits!- Whole different ball game then!

Hmm ZsaZsa - I wonder if that is actually true - she is someone who isn't constantly chatting back and forth with friends. She is slow to answer, but it isn't a processing problem - when she finally speaks, she sounds quite intelligent IMO. We forget how zippy those of us who are constantly communicating via email, cell, computer's actually are. Heck, I have three phones, seven email accounts etc that I monitor 18 hours a day. Compare that to someone who uses none of the above. I forgot to mention the TV is also on. How silly is that!!

She didn't sound intelligent to me based on her answers.

You can, but we are not there yet. The strikes happen in the final round.

Defense had to use one already, and state said they wanted to use one of their "peremptory" strikes, which I believe they can use anytime.

I had read somewhere that either side could strike for any reason if using a peremptory strike. Apparently not!

What you saw was a challenge which the Judge denied. The SA can move to strike but I guess they didn't want to use one.

We will see if she passes the next round.

Watching on WESH ... camera on a "very chatty" ICA and her new DT mitigation specialist ...

ANY LIP READERS ???

I think the lady will just follow along with the majority actually so it may prove well for the state in the end.

I agree, she seems like she will follow along with the others and hopefully they are TEAM CAYLEE!

Whoa ... they are way behind on their news coverage.

I first read the "news" about Rosalie Bolin being on the DT right here at WS 3 days ago ! :great:

By the way ... did Fox News mention that RB is married to a "serial killer" ? :loser:

Personally, I would like to see a diverse jury, which would include a broad range of educational and ethnic background. There is so much evidence, I think anyone can form a pretty fair assessment of the case whether they can understand the more technical forensic issues or not. I don't think you have to be a middle-aged college-educated white male to grasp with certainty that Casey murdered Caylee.

:cow:

Hopefully the state will slam her with complicated questions on the next round of questions. There will be more questions of this PJ won't there?

You cannot strike someone because of bad faith reasons - particularly race. It is fundamental and very sensitive law and cases are often challenged on diallowed Batson objections. JA should have thought faster on his feet or pushed her harder. It will be interesting to see what the sidebar is about.

Just what you said ^^^ and she is answering correctly to be a juror.
