Five and a half years after being charged with two counts of second-degree murder a convicted sex offender from Oregon has been found guilty on all counts against him.

Dang, it sounds like he killed those boys maybe so they couldn't tell on him for molesting them?

"In August of 2003, Jason Osborn, 41, allowed four 14-year-old boys to take turns hood surfing and drive his fiancees car near Walnut Shade, which is in Taney County.

Osborn was also charged with two counts of enticement of a child and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

According to investigators, Osborn yanked on the steering wheel causing it swerve and slam into a tree. It then it burst into flames.

Witnesses testified that Osborn ran from the crash, leaving the boys to fend for themselves."

It must have been a heck of a crash he must have been going fast for the car to burst into flames on impact.

Taney County Prosecuting Attorney, Jeffrey M. Merrell announced that Jason Osborn... was sentenced today to fifteen years on each of two counts of murder in the second degree in addition to five years on each of three counts of endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree, and five years for one count of enticement of a child. Probation was denied on all counts.
