A big thank you to your son, and you, for his service. The Patriot Guard was started largely to counter the Phelps creeps. The organization has been very effective. Around here, I get at least two or three emails a week about events where we are invited to stand at funerals, ride with funeral processions, or attend other events in honor of fallen military. Unfortunately, I am unable to attend most of them due to family and work, but there is a large NY contingent and the group is usually there if it's invited.

Actually I think CPS should focus on Josh saying he had no idea that his Dad was into *advertiser censored* AT ALL of ANY kind much less illegal.
Because if his Dad had SENT Susan naked pictures of men... and if Josh's sister knew his Dad was into *advertiser censored*... then Josh saying that in open court is almost certainly a complete lie AND can be proven to be a lie.

Josh would have been better off saying that he knew his Dad had a *advertiser censored* problem in the past but he thought that he had gotten over that... and he never knew it had been taken to this level.

I think Josh's claim to not know his Dad was into *advertiser censored* of any kind is very relevant because I think it's a lie that can be proven as a lie. *advertiser censored*, drugs, girlfriend, boyfriend, regardless of what it was, legal or not... it would be relevant if it was a provable lie that he told in court, to the judge. :twocents:

Kimster I think this was one of my most challenging lessons. I thought they just needed more love, compassion, kindness..then they would understand how to love..NOT. But ya gotta give us AAAAA for trying. We did the right thing..they did not.
 
Did the judge make a final ruling about custody? Or is that not scheduled today?
 
YES! Kimster-I get it now too! Whiskey tango foxtrot as bh has said, how can we take the system back!? Just a guy, I dig what you are saying as well but w the resposibilities on the parents, controlling the system seems to just stilt justice to fit them. Sorry, still posting from my moldy mobile. I am sick o sociopaths! Gah! This is in my time zone... :waiting:

Seems every case I have ever followed here at WS has a socipath who cares only about him/herself, and has proven they don't care anything about the victim or the pain they have caused others...Casey Anthony. Ronald Cummings, Terri Horman, Josh Powell, Matt Palmgren..Just to name a few...JMHO......

Wow! Thanks for posting that. Sounds like SP is a hard core sex addict to the point he was even promoting it to young children. Who does that? Who watches *advertiser censored* with their pre-adolescent daughter in the room? What a sick, sick man. And why in the world did a judge ever let SP have custody of all those kids?

I think folks we might have an additional motive for the more than likely murder of Susan. I think Josh was also into the child *advertiser censored*, and I hope they can prove it. If Susan found out and confronted him about it Josh would surely kill her to keep her from leaving and leaving with the kids. If she left he would surely have to pay child support. And it sounds like Josh was programmed about how marriages work and that woman were made for the sole purpose for a mans pleasure. I think Josh had intentions of programming his own sons just as he was and knew Susan would not allow it.

Wow just amazing new information coming to light. I hope the divorce papers come into this custody fight. It proves that not only Steven Powell but Josh had issues with women and sex as well.

But remember, Josh had no idea his Dad was into *advertiser censored* of ANY kind, much less illegal!

I so hope these divorce papers are part of the "filings" that the judge had to review last night...

Again, after reading this just reminds me more and more of my ex's brother. I know he's still most likely up to no good, yet I got out and now I'm not there to report him anymore.

God help all the children (and adults) that have to come in contact with these monsters.

So after reading this there is no doubt in my mind that Josh LIED in court yesterday that he had no knowledge of his father's *advertiser censored* activity....for crissakes they had 15 computers in the house and tons of time on his hands.

Wow.

Reading his posts on the anti-Mormon Yahoo forum (I need to quit - I've wasted too much time at it, and I feel like I've been rolling around in a pigsty), he sure has a different take on the divorce. To hear him tell it, he was a great husband and father who just happened to disagree with the Mormon church. As a result, his ex-wife and the Mormon church decided to destroy his life.

But in nearly every post, he refers to something sexual - sometimes, quite graphically. The things referenced in that article are quite believable.

I hope so too. It proves Josh is no different than his father and that he lied to the Court.

I'm afraid if the kids go back to Josh that he would kill them just to keep the Coxes from getting custody down the road, or to keep the things they likely saw from LE. I think Josh is twisted enough he would kill his sons so they could never repeat certain things.

I pray that he doesn't get his meat hooks in them again.

He disagreed with the Mormon church because the Mormon church disagrees with *advertiser censored*, voyeurism, and early sexualization of children! He destroyed his own marriage and refuses to take responsibility. Well, the chickens have come home to roost now, haven't they!!

How much longer until court starts again? I'm in Missouri and it's 3:20 now. I'm way past ready to know these boys will be safe and protected with the Cox's.
