It gives us details such as names of those he's had or has relationships and cities and locations, as well as dates to use for matching against other records we might find.

If..if..you could search polic records & coroners' reports for last 50+ years, you'd be able to see if ther is a familial pattern to his behavior.

But he had the 'job' in San Diego too according to his map that indicated he was moving or had moved to Mt. Airy only 2,428 miles up the road from San Diego.
The problem is, he wasn't supposed to be in San Diego which is where he was picked up by LE for failing to register as an RSO.

Looks like the inmate outreach programs that exist are big business. for profit as well as non-profits/churches/ministries.
My money still says the taxpayers of NC trained & set him up in this business.

It also might have been court-ordered community service, giving back. And still outsourced through the legitimate ministry by the almost exact same name. With the billing number established to reimburse the state through federal funding.

I'm sorry. Look for Mount Airy news at the bottom of this google search page.
https://www.google.com/search?q=355+...w=1366&bih=612
The date is July 30, 2010. If you look at the google cached version of the page, it says the notice was posted 7/30-8/2, 2010.

No offense to the mother (whose name appeared in MSM), but I find it hard to believe she was/is a nurse because her English usage in the short interview was poor at best.

http://www.dexknows.com/local/health...mount_airy-nc/
dexknows site lists 8 addiction recovery services in Mount Airy. The list is further subdivided into types of addiction. The listing for the Galloway address is filed under 'Smoking Cessation'
There's your respiratory connection.

I'm inclined now to think he's a blackmark on the real ministry and they probably don't want the attention. That there are affiliation programs for ex-cons to help ex-cons
through legitimate companies. (Or are they like franchises?) And government subsidies that require a billing number, physical address of associate and full-time accountants and lawyers keeping track of the money & regulations.
And always in the name of religion:
