Answer:
A motion made before a trial begins, asking the court to decide whether particular evidence will be admissible. A motion in limine is most often made to exclude evidence by a party who believes that evidence would prejudice the jury against him or her. For example, a defendant in a criminal trial might make a motion in limine to exclude evidence of previous crimes.

Her lawyers also want to issue a written questionnaires to potential jurors and allow attorneys to interview potential jurors individually rather than in a group.

Attorneys Jose Baez and Andrea Lyon have filed a change of venue motion for the upcoming check fraud trial, which they said could come by the end of the month. They want the case moved to Miami-Dade, Palm Beach or Broward counties.

In the last year, Florida state prosecutors have released volumes of official state documents, including personal photographs from Anthony&#8217;s computer, cell phone records, forensic reports and other paperwork.

Wednesday was no different. Prosecutors have again released numerous documents related to the case.

All of the motions should be hammered out in court Friday.

In fact, she's in the red. She owes the jail's commissary $8.95, jail records show.

Anthony, 23, wiped out her jail account on Oct. 8 when she purchased $30.29 worth of bottled water, three cans of jalapeno cheese dip, one can of cheese spread, ear buds and pony tail holders.

Since Casey has been behind bars, she has spent over $2,000 on a variety of items, including more than 30 beef sticks, 58 cans of jalapeno dip and 41 bags of chips.

Earlier this year, Eyewitness News reported that strangers from California, Georgia and South Carolina sent Casey money to her jail account.

In other news in the case, Anthony&#8217;s attorneys will motion to dismiss the case against her before Judge Stan Strickland Friday morning citing spoiled evidence.

State attorneys are expected to respond by striking the motion, which they call &#8220;legally flawed.&#8221;

Other motions expected by the state include a motion to compel reciprocal discovery and to compel the defense&#8217;s witness list.

The judge will also hold a status hearing in Anthony&#8217;s check fraud case.
