Don't know if this helps to find information but found this article:
Editors note: Earlier versions of this story misspelled the name of Nevaeh Buchanan. This report is correct.
Note: this article states her name is Nevaeh Heaven spelled backward.
If you Goolgle seacrh Navaeh Buchannan (383) results are returned as opposed to (404) for Neviaeh Buchanan. It isnt a major issue in her case but the results were much different in the posts below concerning Edwin Sanches Gonzalez and Bryan Dossantos-Gomes
Maybe the info for the call is within the misspelled name? I'll try to take a look after...

Same time always posted, they say she called within minutes to 911 to report it but other sites keep listing 6:30 pm as time last seen, I think 8:15pm is when she was told that she is driving in the middle of the road, then she went outside and realized she was missing.
An Amber Alert has been activated for missing 5-year-old Neviaeh Amyah Buchanan in Monroe, MI.
She was last seen at 8:15 p.m. Sunday at 1166 N. Macomb Street in Monroe.
Police found her bicycle in the parking lot of an apartment.
Buchanan is 3′8″, 45 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

I've given the 6:30 pm Last Seen by Mother a closer look and Mother's involvement does not appear to be out of the question. Keep in mind we have conflicting times of Last Seen and Reported Missing in this case, which is why I'm trying to get the time stamped Missing Persons Report per the police log.
That notwithstanding, both the 6:30 pm and 8:15 pm Event Charts strongly implicate both GK and RS. Furthermore, if the rumor regarding the 'Letter' is true, the mother, by her own actions, facilitated this crime.

Tuba, I note that 17:09 Aquarius is the placement of the Asteroid KENNEDY in Neveah's natal chart --- partile conjunct Part of Fatality in your chart above.
ETA: Asteroid GEORGE in Neveah's natal chart is posited at 01:47 Scorpio, partile conjunct the Part of Death in the 6:30 pm Chart.
Additionally, Asteroid SMITH at 14:01 Rx Virgo in Neveah's natal chart is the exact location of SATURN in both the 6:30 pm and 8:15 pm Event charts. The Asteroids ROY and JENNIFER partile conj. at 23 Virgo in Neveah's natal chart, are close trine to 6:30 pm Chart's MERCURY that Tuba has described for us in her post above. Oh I'm so hoping this is wrong. I don't think I can handle a mother allowing someone to violate her 5 yr old child. I've been thinking that she may be jealous of the relationship between Nevaeh and the grandma. In one article it stated Nevaeh called grandma Mommy.
If she did this she is worse than Casey Anthony.:furious:

FYI: Our local news Channel 4 here just announced that the blood found was NOT Nevaeh's! No link on it yet....I have to go help my dad for a little bit...I'll look again when I'm done for one!

"I know she is alive somewhere. I don’t think the blood is Nevaeh's or the blood on the knife is Nevaeh's," said Nevaeh's cousin Shaun Lawson.
A task force of local, state and federal law enforcement personnel has received 530 tips related to the disappearance Sunday of Nevaeh Buchanan.
More than 400 of those tips have been investigated.
The girl's mother Jennifer Buchanan is pleading with the public to continue to send their tips and not give up on finding her daughter.
"I definitely would want the people to call in any little thing that may or may not be useful. I encourage them to help me to find my daughter as if it were their own child," she told Local 4.
Buchanan added that she wishes investigators would expand their search beyond Monroe because the thinks whoever abducted her daughter has probably left the city.
Family and friends have conducted several private citizen searches. The next search will be at the Kmart in Monroe at 4:30 p.m. Friday.

Special response teams and a helicopter arrived at the Charlotte Arms Apartments today, hoping to pick up on clues as the search for 5-year-old Nevaeh Buchanan enters its fifth day.
Authorities say they have received more than 530 tips with a fluctuating number of persons of interest. So far, police have named two men as persons of interest, George Kennedy, 39, and Roy Smith, 48. Both men are registered sex offenders and are associated with Jennifer Buchanan, Nevaeh's mother.
Monroe County Sheriff Tilman Crutchfield said state police are putting a priority on analyzing evidence. Police found a tool with human blood on it in a van owned by Smith.
Authorities also have submitted evidence found in Kennedy's motel room, including blood found on clothing, a towel and the bathroom sink, to the state police crime lab in Northville. Crutchfield said the department is awaiting the results of those tests.
In a telephone interview with The Detroit News while searching for her daughter with 25 others, Jennifer Buchanan, 24, said a letter investigators found addressed but undelivered to Kennedy had nothing to do with Nevaeh. According to Buchanan, she wrote Kennedy saying she would take care of his personal business while he was away in jail.
Nevaeh's uncle, Shaun Lawson, said he never liked Kennedy, who was known to Nevaeh as "Step Daddy George." He said he won't draw conclusions with Kennedy and Nevaeh's disappearance until tests are completed.
"It bothers me. It bothers everybody," Lawson said. "I got an eerie feeling (when meeting Kennedy)."

Investigators spent the day searching the woods near Nevaeh Buchanan's home, trying to gather any clues that might help find the missing 5-year-old girl. Action News has also learned that the focus of the investigation may be shifting away from two "persons of interest" in the case.
Sources say evidence that was sent to the lab for testing is not linked to the missing girl.
Blood found on a silver-multi tool knife is also not that of Nevaeh Buchanan's.
Action News spoke with Nevaeh's mother, Jennifer Buchanan, who says she's not pointing the fingers at anyone but says Kenndey was like a father to Nevaeh.
She says Nevaeh did not really know 48-year-old Roy Smith, the other person of interest.
When asked if she thought that Kennedy or Smith would be capable of doing anything against Nevaeh she said, "Anyone is capable of doing anything."

Investigators once again combed the Monroe-area woods next door to where 5-year-old Nevaeh Buchanan disappeared -- this time with shovels and rakes.
Investigators left the woods by 5 p.m., with no word on what they found but no major announcements.
At least a dozen investigators from the FBI and the Monroe County Sheriff's Office brought two inmates to the Charlotte Arms apartments just after 2 p.m. today, where they unloaded the tools from the back of a pickup truck and headed into the woods.
Major Dan Motylinski, spokesman for the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, said today his department still has nothing to report about the blood found in the hotel room.
"We don't even have any official results back from the lab yet," Motylinski said at 5:30 p.m.

Today, an FBI agent said he believes they are close to finding out some information. The crime lab is treating this case with high priority.
As the days of Nevaeh's disappearance drag on, the community is left with lots of suspicions and unanswered questions. Investigators say they are looking at multiple people. We asked the sheriff if that includes Nevaeh's mother, someone the media hasn't seen in days, but received no comment.

I had noticed that placement when examining the chart over the last few days, and I have to admit, the thought of the corpse being burned had crossed my mind. The thought was too gruesome to post.
We should know soon whether the information supplied in quotes above relates to this case.

Nevaeh update from Sheriff Crutchfield

The Sheriff mentioned that George Kennedy is still a person of interest but is "Not quite as high on the radar screen". The police have other persons of interest but are but will not give out names until further investigation.
When asked if he was frustrated, Sheriff Crutchfield said "I'm not getting discouraged at all, we are all very hopeful we will solve this and locate Nevaeh and the perpetrator".

The quotes I am pulling over from the non-Astro Neveah thread refer to Easter, who was apprehended by LE last evening. This is the person who was observed by neighbors 'burning' various items in his fire pit over the last few days. (Please keep in mind discovery of bones in his fire pit is RUMOR as I post this commentary.)
Easter has a wide MARS-PLUTO opposition in his natal chart which, as you can see, closely conjuncts Neveah's natal SUN at 14 Aquarius. Trust me when I tell you that you would not want your SUN to be sandwiched in between somebody else's MARS-PLUTO...
Additionally, Easter's MARS/SATURN midpoint (brutality) falls at 24 Aries and is partile square his VENUS/BLACK MOON midpoint at 24 Cancer. These natal midpoints are exactly triggered by transit MARS (action) at 24 Aries in the Last Seen chart.
Natally, Easter has both SUN and MARS in Fateful Degree -- same degree as his NODES -- foretelling catastrophe/ tragedy/ fatality.
I find it worrisome that Event VERTEX (fated encounters) is in the same degree (15) as Easter's SUN, MARS and NODES, especially because Neveah's natal NODES are also in the 15th degree. Moreover, MARS in Easter's natal chart posited at 15 Aquarius partile squares Neveah's nodal axis 15 Taurus/Scorpio.
While none of this 'proves' his involvement, it is nevertheless clearly worrisome.
