I posted a WS link below regarding Glendon Gouker in Wisconsin. He is a person of interest in this double homicide in Wisconsin, by his own admission.
He was living in Wisconsin with his mother, stepfather, brother, step-sister and her husband in the 1990's. With the exception of the mother and stepfather, Glendon and the other family members were bouncing checks in Wisconsin and racking up unpaid bills.

Currently, Glendon's brother is wanted on a warrant in Fond du lac County, WI. http://wisconsin-buzz.com/pdfs/fdlwarrants12092013.pdf
Also, currently, Gouker's stepsister is wanted on multiple warrants in Oklahoma and can be verified through Oklahoma court records.

Wisconsin Circuit Court Access records will verify them all living up here in the 1990's.

Also, one last thing; the rape and murder victim in Wisconsin, Tana Togstad, was a rodeo rider and wore western clothing.
In another unsolved homicide in Wisconsin, Racine County Jane Doe, found in 1999 (link below), was wearing a distinctive men's western shirt. "A man's gray and silver country and western shirt with snap buttons and embroidered with red flowers on the front of the shirt along. Black sweatpants. Information from the manufacturer of the shirt, Karman, to the police told that it was made and distributed throughout the United States in about 1984."
The shirt is on the page below. Please take a look and see if this might be an article of clothing that someone here might have seen worn by Glen Gouker or his cohorts down in Oklahoma back in the late 1980's. Keep in mind that Glendon worked in a country western wear store in Amherst, WI and that he implicated his previous employer in the above-mentioned double homicide. He stated he drove the employer to the farmhouse but the employer denies it. The employer had bailed Glendon Gouker out of jail on the first sexual assault charge which could only be the one listed on WCCA since he never got bail in 2013 on the 1990 Iola rape.
"01 Aug 1992 Glendon C. Gouker, 21, has sex with minor age 16 or older in Marquette County, WI. Address of record: Route 1, Box 103, Prague, OK 74864"

One more last-but-not-least, the below Wisconsin criminal complaint for Glendon Gouker for his 1990 rape in Iola, Wisconsin, lists a hunting knife and an engraved knife sheath with the words H. G. Seaton. Prague high school records show a Hershel G. Seaton who went to Prague High School, the same high school Glendon went to.
Do you believe in coincidences? It might be over in Oklahoma but it's not over in Wisconsin. Glendon Gouker and his sister/wife may turn out to be some of America's worst serial killers and rapists and their yet-to-be-charged accomplices are still out there, either back in Oklahoma and/or still in Wisconsin.
Feel free to post any answers to the first WS link listed in this thread, or here, for that matter. Thank you! As Waupaca County, Wisconsin Sheriff Brad Hardel said,
We have some work to do, but we're really on the right track, Hardel said. This is huge, what's going on here.
Hardel said he wasn't sure why Gouker was living in northwestern Wisconsin in the early 1990s.
All we really know is that he and some family members had moved to Wisconsin to live for a couple of years, he said. Why, what the connection was, we really don't know at this point.
It was more than some...
I have a lot more information that I've gathered over the last several months but I don't want to overwhelm you with it all in one posting.
