Memorial for Tori on Saturday
Victoria (Tori) Stafford's family announced on the weekend that a memorial service for the eight-year-old will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Woodstock's Calvary Church.

The church at 65 Lansdowne Ave. seats 1,100 people -- and it's expected people from the sad and shaken city will fill every pew.

Yes, you can. Here, I've done it for you:

What Type Of Evidence Is Required In Order To Charge And Convict A Person Of Murder

Bruce Engel provides some very useful information. I was particularly interested in his comment that cases in which LE has "overwhelming, direct evidence" of the person's guilt are usually resolved by plea bargaining and do not go to trial. And that those cases that go to trial usually involve a lot of "circumstantial evidence". Something to keep in mind with the current case.

Check out these other (related) podcasts by Mr. Engel. Haven't listened to them myself yet, but will....

Doesn't look like a "White Puffy Ski JACKET" IMO
Appears (to me) as more "vest-like".

Also, nature of mysterious 'migrating' black strap? Possible "optical illusion" from intermediate 'frost' fence? IDK!

Details of what took place in the hours leading up to and following Tori's abduction are being made public for the first time after a sweeping publication ban was lifted after the Supreme Court of Canada refused to hear an appeal Thursday.

On April 30, McClintic pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in the death of the girl, whose disappearance captured the country's attention for months as search parties scoured the area around Woodstock, located southwest of Toronto.
