I don't know, but I am assuming that this also is an old photo. He is wearing the same glasses as the previous photo that was posted on the Photo thread. I really would like to see an up-to-date photo. This photo is scary because Gagnon looks very normal and harmless. :(

Okay, so now we know that Denise knew all about Jacques past! Makes her seem even worse to me.

I would love to know what MJ's eduacation is. How could he have gotten such a high paying job? Falsified resume' maybe?

There was confusion on which house an article referenced. There is no one living at the Cullman address.

I agree with you on KG's part in all this.....why involve yourself if you don't have a "dog in the fight" so-to-speak. The RSO brother of KG is a big red flag. Since he (the brother) is listed as absconded could it be that he's the one living in the H street apartment?

Yes, he could certainly be. I had even thought that maybe he had assumed Ray Gagnon's identity until I saw Ray Gagnon's picture today.

I had posted about the Horal St. apartment one week ago yesterday on another board. IF there is a safe, IF, then there was more than likely nothing in it at all.

I do suspect that KG is involved with the Child *advertiser censored* ring, but has probably been granted immunity to 'talk'. We have not heard the last of him yet, IMO. I think that the 'relative' of KG's that is the RSO is a cousin rather than a brother.

That has been stated from day one.
One of the affidavits posted here (on another thread) confirms that the emails were fake...orchestrated to make Brooke think she was talking to someone else.

Oh, your right...not the brother, my mistake. The RSO is KG's nephew, a son of KG's brother the lawyer.
 
I posted this on the last thread but I don't think it got noticed. So I am posting it again.

No one has mentioned it today so I will. Today is (would have been) Brooke's 13th Birthday! I hope that she knows alot of people are thinking about her and that they would give anything if she was here to celebrate it with them. And I know that she is in a better place and that she is looking down at all of her friends and loved ones and helping them through this terrible horrific time. RIP,.. we love you Brooke Bennett!

RIP Brooke. I hope though she doesn't have to look down on the insanity that is left behind here. She will see those that are good and decent again one day, but my idea of heaven isn't watching all the crap.
 
The article gave me the impression that Judge Amy Davenport and Jim Kearney wanted a "success story" more than they wanted to closely examine the individual standing before them.

I doubt that she was handed off to anyone. I think that he murdered her and buried her near his home. I think that he told AR to leave the home. He probably murdered her shortly after she left. My question is where the heck was Denise? At work? I guess that MJ knew his window of opportunity. If Denise were at work (at her new place as Allen? stated), he had all day to do what he was going to do. It wouldn't surprise me if he called Denise a few times to make sure that she was still there. Why wasn't MJ at work? Did he call in sick that day?

I seem to recall that it took quite a while for the sicko in Shawn Hornbeck's case to be charged with all of the crimes. So, it could take quite a while for this case to play out and for everyone to be charged.

I personally think that they should work out a plea deal with AR as I believe that she is a victim as well as a perpetrator. Her deal should include years of intensive therapy. If it doesn't, she could very easily continue the cycle by either being an accuser or marrying one.

Just as MJ resented his mother for not protecting him, AR probably has major resentment towards her mother. I mean, she was practically screaming to be caught with all of those signs.

Call me crazy, tell me to shut up, or whatever, but I just have this feeling that this 'relative' RSO of KG's has been using RG's identity.

There is something really screwy about all of this regarding RG.

In my state, cameras or video cameras are not allowed in Federal Court. I have escorted both Female and Male inmates into Federal Court. I have sat in Federal Court more hours than I would have prefered. There is more privacy involved. We would keep them locked in the Federal Marshall's office cell down the hall until court time.

However, I can tell you that there would be no reason that some enterprising newspaper reporter could not have taken a pic of RG either being escorted into or out of the courthouse. I helped escort members of a national motorcycle gang for Federal Court and saw a film of them that evening on TV. No one ever asked me or the other officer if we minded being filmed. My point is this - there is something screwy going on with this RG person that someone has not taken a current pic or filmed RG going into or out of the courthouse.

The pic I want to see is one from NOW - not in the past!
