My husband and I have shared a dresser for 26 years. But we don't share drawers - we each have our own. There would be no reason for one of us to "hide" something in the other one's dresser drawer.

So . . . logically, BD is responsible for what was in that drawer, it seems to me.
 
Here's a question. Just how many *advertiser censored* sites were visited? One of my teen sons friends went to a very naughty site (trust me, I caught them and they were both scolded - in fact the friend is no longer allowed here).

Anywhoo - this one site caused a huge problem on my pooter, to the point where naked people were popping up on my screen. So much so that my husband had to wipe the drive and reinstall windows. I lost a lot of my stuff due to this little stunt (and I had a virus scanner).

This happened to us once, and no photos were downloaded (just a really raunchy site that was visited).

HOW did someone download that many photos without the entire computer just blowing up into little fragments. Those sites are not friendly, as I've learned. How did he manage to do it?

Possession is all I'm looking at right now. I would think initially, they would both be culpable. Arrest them both and see who flips? Since they found the same type of photos on the his mother's computer, I would think SA would be the better candidate for an arrest that would stick.

I think you're probably right about SA, I don't know if LE has the activity records for SA's moms computer but imagine they do by now. I personally beleive they came from SA BUT well I'll leave it there. I'm hoping LE can dot the i's and cross the T's.

Ooh, possession is one of the elements needed. :D

Why is this information just now coming out? Who released it?

I am just livid over this, I have NO TOLERANCE for child *advertiser censored*! And yeah, I'm screaming. LOL
 
Can ya'll imagine the conversation that took place between SA and his Mom when she told SA that LE wanted to look at her computer so she gave it to them....:eek:

I'm really curious of the detail content of what they found. Like were any of the images of Hailey etc? Were all these child *advertiser censored* pics downloaded or were some taken by somebody that lives nearby?

I hope the FBI can identify the victims of the images and make sure they're safe and arrest can be made. This could lead to a whole string of arrest and charges. The LE statement of several subjects keeps dinging my head. Is this what they were referring to?

They're not. They don't arrest until they can charge. They don't charge until the DA feels he has enough evidence to win at trial.

They have to prove who downloaded the images. It takes a lot of time to nail that down, because multiple people typically access a single computer. They can't even say it was this person's userid that downloaded them, therefore it's this person, because people share (and steal and hack) passwords. They have to get proof that the person was the only person who could have been on the computer at the times the images were downloaded.

This should be an easy process of elimination though. I don't know how old SA's mom, is but I'm pretty sure if the police asked her to find *advertiser censored* on the internet, she probably wouldn't know where to look, and I highly doubt she's into bestiality and child *advertiser censored*. The teenage brother, maybe, but these days, you have to join sites and pay to get pictures. Unless he's Casey Jr and was using mom's credit card to get all of those pics, I doubt it was him. It pretty much has to be SA. The other two just don't make logical sense. But I do understand it has to be proven whose pictures those were.

I do wonder though, who SA would be willing to throw under the bus to save himself? I am going to be sick if he blames his mom or brother for this. I wonder if either of them would be willing to go along with it to save him. Something tells me they wouldn't.

You know, I just knew when BD suddenly turned this into a stranger abduction that something was seriously wrong. I had no idea it was this bad, though.

Just given how BD has responded throughout this case, my guess would be that she (and SA) won't make light of this current news release. I believe that neither one of them will see anything wrong with possessing and viewing this type of media material. They would argue that viewing and actual participation in such activity are different. CAVEAT: perhaps they are both participating in some of the images. We, the public, do not know if any of these images were from "home" videos or still photography of them engaged in any of these deviant pictures. At this point, it certainly wouldn't surprise me. The "hobbies" of these two seem to rise to a new level with every new release of information. Hopefully, we are getting closer to the truth and to finding Hailey. WHERE ARE YOU SWEET GIRL?
 
I just asked Our Sheriffs Department IT Forensic Computer Examiner, about this and HHO (His Humble Opinion)

TO save them to a flash drive, memory stick or folders on your computer is an additional crime to just viewing them.

And most all computers dated after 2000, will time-stamp and put user ID to all downloaded and saved pictures or files.

Even if you delete or try to erase them. You have to smash the hard drive in order for them not to be retrieved.

You are probably correct...although, I do look down upon it, BD and SA should have stuck with comedies.

Most Anti-virus programs don't detect malware, some do but are not good on updates. The program everyone needs to run for wonky computers can be found on Download.com. The name of the program to look for is called Malwarebytes, download the FREE version. Run it in full scan after updating. It's important to get updates before running the scans. It's top notch anti-malware, highly recommended.

Remember when we all had a long discussion about WHY LE was keeping the X-box? And they actually gave a replacement to DD, instead of giving it back?

When Shawn went to his moms on Monday his uncle was there, and became his alibi. I bet he throws uncle under the bus.

HOPEFULLY there is a separate password and private folders that will prove who was collecting that vile junk.

I hope parents in Colorado City, Snyder, Dunn, Big Spring, etc etc are all questioning their children today.

These pics were not necessarily downloaded from the internet. They may have been uploaded from a CD, a camera, a video recorder, etc. In other words, they may have been child *advertiser censored* that was created by Shawn and/or Billie and/or associates of theirs. It could be part of a whole pedophile ring. It scares me to death.

And I hope that everyone in those towns will keep their children far away from Shawn, Billie, and everyone who associates with them, until we know exactly what happened, and what kind of risk children in the area are at, and who all the people are that children are at risk from.

I'll tell ya, if I lived there and had children, I'd pack up and leave town until this is over.
 
I went back and watched the video of him (That mask and knife,UGH!) Two things made me gasp in one shot someone is holding a toddler the other one is him holding up some animal leg that has been cut. I'm looking at all of the case with different eyes and It's chilling to me to think what she would of went through.

Maybe you ought to consider putting up your storm shutters - the yelling may just be accompanied by various ans sundry fruits and vegetables being thrown as well!

(and really - who could blame them?)
