MO - Lisa Irwin, 10 mos, Kansas City, 4 Oct 2011

father finds daughter missing at 4am when he returns from work, bangs on neighbors doors to see if they have seen her. One neighbor says that her husband saw a man carrying a baby down the street at 12am..baby only had a diaper on..girl was last seen by her mom when she put her to bed in a purple top and shorts w/ white kittens.

IDK but after the neighbor and 3yo from MO a few months ago, my senses are pointing to the neighbor..the baby didn't have any clothes on and the neighbor didn't think anything of a man walking w/ a baby in the middle of the night w/ only a diaper on...um ok

I do hope she comes home safe!

any tips yet, or clues as to who has this precious child?

How about the neighbor who claimed seeing a baby with a diaper.....

The house probably is not a random house - need to know how to get there. Interesting...

"Mahoney also pointed out that the location of the home is not a place where you can get to by accident. The street is on a windy complex of roads, and he reported that you really have to know where you're going to get to the house."

Wow, what the heck is going on there? Where is this precious baby? I am a bit confused and really hope she is okay.

Just saw this on mark klaas's place on fb. This baby is precious and needs her family. I am petrified when a little one is taken. Why didn't the mother hear anything? Did she make sure the doors were locked? Who did she talk to on the land phone if she had one? On the cell? what times did she talk on the phone?

These types of missing cases rarely turn out good. I'm praying for this beautiful baby!

imo

Why would the
Amber Alert be cancelled? (Stated in the first post of this thread.)

You can say they are being held, but you can also say they are being cooperative… They’re an essential part of the investigation, and we’re continuing to talk to them.

“…Usually we find the kid pretty quickly,” Young said. “But, so far, we’re in the afternoon and we haven’t broken anything yet… Time’s crucial and I’m sure our detectives are becoming frustrated, but we’re on it and gonna fire back up this morning.”

Maybe LE knows who is responsible for the baby's disappearance. I don't know. I don't get it.

I don't get it either. Check this out...now the FBI are back at the home and we learn 3 cell phones are missing.?!?!?!?! I'm extremely skeptical of the parents story.

Police and FBI returned to the Irwin home for the third day in search of missing 10-month-old Lisa Irwin. For the first time, the media learned from the parents that three cell phones were also missing from the home, however, police would not comment on this information.

But just after 9 pm Thursday, Jeremy Irwin's sister told media that the parents never stopped cooperating with authorities. She said the family thanked police for all their help and that the sole goal remained to bring Lisa home.

She also revealed that police told Bradley she had failed a lie detector test, but offered no evidence.

Young said the parents' information was of great assistance since they knew the child best. Before Thursday night, police had repeatedly said they did not consider the parents to be suspects. When asked if that had changed Thursday night, he repeated that police still have no suspects.

I look at the picture of this baby and cry. Who took her? I hope she is alive and well but I'm not expecting a good outcome. :(

I may have to eat my words, but I just don't believe these parents are involved. And I'm not fooled easily. I admit the story when he arrived home is strange, but stranger things have happened. I don't put any weight on the outcome of a lie detector test. My hubby, retired LE, has always said don't ever take a lie detector because they are not reliable and make a lot of people appear to be lying when they are not. He had 40 years experience with all that stuff, so I believe him. Someone knows where this sweet baby is.

Praying for her tonight.

All the above in MOO.

Praying today is the day they find Lisa safe. What a precious little baby. I am giving the benefit of the doubt to the parents until proof of something else. Every time I see something like this my mind goes back to Susan Smith boo-hooing in front of the camera and putting on a show knowing darn well she knew where her boys were at. I hate that but am trying to keep in the front of my mind that no matter how many parents are involved in their children's disappearance that this case might be different.

What happened in the last case might not happen in this case. It is so hard to do. But I have to listen to what the parents are saying and pray to God they had nothing to do and still keep an eye out on the road or in my neighborhood or in the restaurant or Walmart. Little Lisa might very well be with someone else. And until she is found I will always be keeping my eye out for this precious little baby.
