yay! i can't wait for the jury to hear about the searches - in between the constant DT objections that is. i see many more sidebars in the near future...

For the Chloroform searches in March

Cindy was working
George was home 1 day and worked another day.
Casey's IMO was home, her phone pinged in the area of the A home

IIRC. the websites accessed before and/or after the chloroform searches were social networking sites...

Our wonderful German Shepherd was a drop out from the dog training academy. LOL She is very smart and sweet but is afraid of loud noises. They could not rehabilitate her fear. She still hides behind the couch during thunder storms or fireworks. Our lil chuhuahua looks at her like wth? That's ok--their loss is our gain.

I am sick and tired of ICA being allowed to stall, flip through pages, and you see her keep glancing at the deputy, stalling so that she doesn't have to leave the courtroom and go back to her hold cell. Absolutely sick of it. Why can't they whisk her out of there promptly like the no-nonsense female guard in Pinellas County did??

If I lived in Orlando I'd be calling whoever I needed to and demanding just that - your tax dollars are their salary. She doesn't need to sit around and be on cleanup crew unplugging cords and stuff. GET HER OUT OF THERE.

ITA and want this comment bumped up...all day long and every day til the trial is over. She has far too many privileges as it is.

Exactly ... I believe that the items the dogs "alerted to" were the items that were thrown out from the trunk on the July 16 while the A's were cleaning it out. :waitasec: I wish they would have never taken any items out of the trunk . . .

why would they take it out and toss it in the backyard on the 16th? The dogs hit in the backyard. Probably the scent was left the day Casey borrowed the shovel.

IMO Caylee was killed and placed in the trunk ...first she was not in a bag. Bagging came later. First one bag, then seepage occured prompting Casey to use another bag, blanket, and laundry bag. IMO she moved that body from place to place a bit before dumping her where caylee was found.

:floorlaugh: Yes ... I saw that ! And today, she did it again but was reading through the DT's materials on the table ...

She still "thinks" she is a "paralegal" . . . :waitasec:

:floorlaugh:

She's probably thinking, "Dang, with all this science crap I have to sit here and listen to, I bet I could get that frigging high school to go ahead and issue me my diploma afterall for those missing credits that I have....."

ICA was very cocky this morning - she thinks she's keeping out the dog handler testimony but I bet after yesterday Mason gave Baez a big kick up his butt and said don't try anything today just do your job. I think that's why ICA was getting all in his face. ICA seemed to enjoy yesterday very much and told Baez he did a good job, so she's probably wondering what is wrong with him today.

The other day the judge mentioned something about trying to make arrangements for a buffet to be brought in and set up for them.
I think that was what he was referring to since he had a little smile with it.

I hope that's what he meant- they deserve it after sitting through all this. I thought he was meaning after all the talk about rags soaked in body cavities, etc.....I hope you can still enjoy your lunch.

Do you think she was killed at home? tia

I think the testimony of Forgery about the tablets was interesting.

If Caylee had drowned in the pool-wouldn't there have been an alert? And surely it would have been a different kind of alert opposed to an alert on finding something on the ground correct?

Was there an alert by the pool?

Casey is saying Caylee drowned in the pool.
Caylee did not decompose in the family pool...

Would that make a difference to the dog in it's alerts?

Weird, I was LITERALLY just thinking this! You read my mind.

Now I have to go find the tinfoil;)

That is a fantastic idea !!!! By that time the jurers will fill they have been there forever, and then think that that is the amount of time KC was out having fun while Caylee was missing and no one knew it. Great.

I honestly think she's pretending to be - disassociating herself from the reality of being on trial.

:rocker: Exactly ... just like she has tried to "disassociate" herself from her multitude of lies, including murder . . .

BBM: ICA does NOT "believe" that she IS the "defendant" in this case ... Remember during Jury Selection -- she would walk so fast to disassociate herself from the courtroom deputy that would escort her out to her holding room ...

And she is trying to do the same thing here ...

MOO MOO and MOO ...

This is JMO.

I've been so busy lately, I haven't been able to pull myself up into the trash bin. Anyway, one of the last posts I made was that I thought ICA wanted to get in on the hamburger action--that is wanting to place an order for a hamburger because the jury was supposedly getting them. Anyway, it looks like the term "hamburger" has taken on a whole other meaning in the trial. BTW, Thanks to everyone covering the events for us folks who have to tend to other matters for the time being.

Here is my thought for the day: I think ICA may have had PTSD--reason why? It must have been a mighty stressful window of time when she was trying to figure out where to dump her child's dead body.

I miss them myself...today she was just lounging away playing para legal--meanwhile the newbie on the block (aka/babysitter) had to remain with her---jb walked off in almost mid sentense--cm didn't bother--neither did ds....hmmmmmmmmm

The jury has to notice the dynamic at that table. I think the DT has been "done" with her for a while now. She's an obstinant and keeps biting the hands that are trying to free her. She's childish, selfish, and uncooperative and I'm sure gives criticism of her team freely - they can't possibly be doing enough for her in her eyes. It has to be exhausting dealing with someone like her.

Yes, the problem with the back yard is that to get to it via the house you have to walk on Cindy's spotless white carpet and go through her pristine lounge. I've don't know if Casey would have had the cajones to take Caylee round the side of the house and in the gate but I doubt very much she took Caylee through the house.

Aside from her head shaking, "zoned out" look and faux tears, KC is looking very officious to me at the DT table. I have an increasing impression of her self-importance, (maybe it's the "jailhouse lawyer syndrome"), for someone who doesn't even have a HS diploma. Her chameleon-like countenance has gone from "pouty poor me" to a haughty demeanor.

ITA. This afternoon she was going through a deposition [it looked like] and reading it like she was a paralegal or an attorney. If she is so smart then why didn't she keep track of her child? If she is so well educated and intelligent, wouldn't she know that a drowning child can often be revived by CALLING 911?

Watching her pretend to be an attorney is not going down well with the jury, imo.

Sorry, just jumping back in here after a couple hours. I hope someone can fill me in quickly. The last I saw, Baez was questioning Rickenback and making a fabulous mess of Vass' credibility and it sounded bad for the state. Did Ashton clear it up on re-direct?
