No, that's not what I heard last. She was reading his laptop when he came back with the cups of coffee, and found out about him, that's why he beat her up and killed her.

There's a guest on LKL right now and he figures Stephaney slapped Joran in the face as a result of his sexual advances.

Interesting... I don't know anyone who DOES password protect their computer unless it is for work. I suppose if I frequently travelled with my laptop I would password protect. Otherwise, there is no need. I have nothing to hide.

I read somewhere she spoke English fluently. I can't help but wonder if she knew about him already.

No- that was her cousin who had discussed it with a friend of his who saw one of the TV shows.
 
I am convinced that

he drugged this girl
terrorized her
murdered her

she did not need a used laptop or anything from joran.

she was probably just out having fun and he picked her up knowing she had money.

he is lying from the beginning. I believe he murdered her for the sheer sexual rush.

he probably did the same thing to Natalie.

GHB.

she probably just thought they were going to smoke some weed and hang out gambling.

Maybe she was unconscious, he went to get the coffee to make it look good when he got back she started to wake up so he finished her off. Took a quick shower changed and left. I've gotten a shower and dressed in 15 minutes many times, when I was late for work.

I think JDVS will somehow negotiate to get himself the he** out of Peru. He has already started that process by confessing, claiming defense against this small unknowing young woman. (rolls eyes) I wouldn't be surprised if he throws out some tid bit of NH and her remains that gets him extradited back to Aruba even if on a temporary basis. The Aruban Gov. might even find a way to keep him given he is one of there own. I know I'm being sinister here, but I wouldn't be surprised.
