We also speculated "Benny" or "Berry"

the numbers are in the left hand corner, above the first moon.

Our first guess is 4-29-9?

That's what I see, too.

It's like night to day (black background to light background from left to right)
 
Also the "moons" are just the holes in the 3-hole paper.

Looking up 3 moons all I see are three goddesses

My son thought maybe the three moons were time passing to morning

No, there are three distinct moons (plus a possible crescent moon) and a sun

ETA: I stand corrected, those are probably holes in the paper, but I think he drew them to look like moons, jmo

There is a crescent moon and sun to the right, whatever the case

It looks like the license plate is on a red Toyota Celica.
 
According to his mom, AGT's brother passed only about 5 months ago?

So I don't think this drawing could be his brother, unless he was thinking he might end up dead soon.

It's a cross coming out of the ground, a name with dots above it, grim reaper, a flower, and " happens" So death of some sort would be my best guess.

It does look like the name is associated with death, so dunno who it is.
