IMO, not going down the road to try to figure out which of these pairs has more disorders, etc...but the fact that they are both charged the same, IMO, means they are equally responsible legally. It may not mean each was equally eager to murder Heather, fwiw. And LE may not even know who is the leader, if either, and who the follower, or care, if no deals are being offered.

Murder is pretty straightforward in SC. Without the DP, not seeing too many ways to give one a "sweet deal" and hope none is offered. Yes, finding Heather is important, but not, IMO, at the expense of either one barely serving time. JMO

What matters is Justice for Heather and the Elvis Family.

The M's, if found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, as is the law of the land, should be held fully accountable.

I would feel a supreme sense of injustice if one party were given a deal in exchange for rolling on the other, based on the charges so far.

May the Task Force be successful in their efforts to #FindHeather

Both Sidney and Tammy Moorer waived their right to bond hearings on the kidnapping charges on Monday, Feb. 24. They're due back in court March 17 for a bond hearing on the murder charges.
At that hearing, Solicitor Jimmy Richardson said more information may be released regarding the charges filed against the Moorers.
"I hope that by the bond hearing we will be able to go into other matters," Richardson said via email.

Hello- I am completely brand new here, and this makes my very first post. please, if I stray or do something not allowed, please accept my apology/apologies, in advance, and if you will point me out, I will do my best to correct and not repeat. I share MANY of these same thoughts/ideas as many of you. A few variances, like I have wondered if maybe they used a small watercraft, motorized or not ,at the landing, to take her body further away and had one or the other meet them further down the road to pick them and their boat,row boat, jon boat, etc..up. Which then leads me to wonder if LE recovered any water and or dirt/samples specific to the river/landing area, on or in their vehicles and or clothes or other personal items. I have also wondered if the report from the Georgetown area shots at their truck were a ruse, should LE ever comb over their vehicle and find anything weapon related, that could have been explained from that "potential" falsified incident, IE: a bullet fragment/nick/gunpowder. I also think Tm raged and raged abut the cheating and couldn't let it go. I think she felt an invasion and loss and couldn't let it go, feeling she had to get even. I also wonder if the IE charges stem from if SM told her that's places he and HE were together, and TM in her head made SM and her go back to those locations and redo the act so to speak because maybe in her head, that erased them from being anything between HE and SM. I don't know, I am trying to think like a sicko minded person when I'm not. I def think this was more Tm instigated than SM, because really, who had more to be hurt over? from the various social media posts made, it was almost like she was addressing things as if HE would never be back around and it was all about her family and the troubles TE were supposedly causing her and her children. Jesus - thread 26! Can there be closure already! Isn't it bad enough that these types of crimes occur on a daily basis all around the world? Why can't some of these people be found already? Make arrests & get it to court! I HATE that Heather's disappearance & probable murder has made it to thread 26! This sucks!

Could that be why they waived their right to a bond on the kidnapping charges? Maybe it's bc it'll push up the bond hearing on the murder charges which in turn could maybe make the prosecution show a bit of the more damning evidence they have against Tammy & Sidney? Maybe it was a way for the Moorers to see the cards the prosecution is holding before placing their bets?

Im sure that they knew that they wouldn't get bond anyway

Something that makes me think Sidney is just as involved in Heather's disappearance as Tammy is the fact that if Tammy is the one that single handedly murdered Heather then why didn't Sidney bolt on her? If Tammy solely murdered Heather, then surely Sidney would use that as a basis for divorce. After all, he ran on Tammy. If he was so happy being married to her then why'd he have an affair? And imvho all this open marriage jargon is just that - jargon to save face and cover for something more sinister - bc an open marriage would never be viewed as cheating by someone partaking in an open marriage. IMO if Tammy was the sole person responsible for Heather's disappearance, then surely Sidney would have taken the kids and bolted. It'd have nothing to do with money as he's a contractor and could find work anywhere...they have a camper and campgrounds are a dime a dozen. They're cheap too. I tend to thin they killed her together and it started in Tammy raging. If its possible that Heather was pregnant then there's the motive. Heck, the motive alone could be bc Heather was the other woman. Maybe Tammy started it and Sidney finished it out of guilt for what he created.

LadyHawkke, I've been praying for your entire family as much as I can. Please know that you've all touched so many hearts.

I don't think this interview at 6 pm will help with anything. It just throws the Moorer's into the spotlight more. The answers that the Elvis family and others like ourselves want will come on the 17th and the days after.They should do a special on HEATHER ELVIS!!!!!!!
