Good Lord, it is unbelievable the number of young children that are theft or abducted!
 
I don't know if I mentioned this before, but monterrey is close to the border with texas. 2 hour drive to laredo, and 5 hour drive to san antonio. So it was easy for us to go there for a weekend or vacation.

Thanks to you guys, I know where to look, who to call and everything.

I think I should not have trouble getting the documents because right now one of my uncles is the person in charge of the health department of the state. But I want to try first without using that card. If needed, I would sit and talk to my uncles and ask for help.

You never know-speaking to your family honestly and from your heart might just be all that is needed to get them to give up what they know. I will pray you get all of the answers you need...good luck.

yes I think she said she was so small she could fit in the palm of her adoptives father's hand.

I was a premature baby.. 6 or 7 months...

Its just so easy to get from the US to Mexico... they dont ask for passport or anything...
 
the only thing is that she went missing in november, and you were born in july.

still should look into it though, you never know.
 
Wasn't there recently a poster who had an interest in sleuting in Mexico? I believe it was "Sweetwater"...perhaps they could be of some assistance? She seemed to be very knowledgeable about the inner-workings of the Mexican government and IIRC, was interested in researching mexican crimes/kidnappings, etc. Just a though...
 
Anything we do right now is a waste of time until she finds out about her non-identifying information. When she finds out about that then we can go from there. I do not believe we are searching for a missing or deceased woman I think Ally's mother is known by her family especially since she looks so much like her Adad. Ally please call the number I posted and ask them what the adoption laws are in Mexico where you were born. Ask then what your next step should be.
 
I'm new here and a little lost lol, is your uncle your uncle from birth relation like related to your mom your your adoptive uncle, if that makes sense, cause I'm wondering why he doesn't know who your mom was. and was there CCTV where she was hit like surveillance cameras

Well, I see I have a lot to catch up on. And clarify.

like i said before.. i dont have a lot of info and in order to be able to move forward, i got to get copies of the accident report, etc.....

ill let you guys know when i get a hold of that...

right now there is a lot of hurricane activity by the gulf of mexico... and monterrey gets really bad rain when that happens, so it has been hard for my friends to go out and find that for me...
