Here are a few more children missing for years:
This is Miami's old missing child case. Paul Allard went missing on 8-13-1976 at age 14. It would make him almost 48 possibly 49.

I have a question, how do we go about getting some of these children missing for a long time, and BK checked out to see if they are a match? Is someone calling them in, or what?
Also, I have wrote Crimestoppers in Savannah, haven't heard anything yet. I will stay on top of this, If I don't hear from them today, I will call see what steps need to be followed.

Sadly I think that this man BK is not a missing child, Sadly I think most missing children are deceased.
I think this man was violently attacked and has total amnesia, but I do think he was a man living life as a man.
Perhaps he was from out of state/country on business driving along and stopped somewhere, someone beat the living cr*p out of him , stole his clothes, his identity and his car.
I listened to the lady on Dr phil the language expert and she was saying indiana as wellm which is where BK feels he may be from.

He had Scars surgery scars.
Marks, Scars: Two parallel surgical scars on left elbow (from reparative surgery for broken elbow that may involve pins/plates implantation). Surgical scar on front of neck appears to be from cervical discotomy. Small round scar on left side of face near chin appears to be a puncture-type wound but believes it may be related to former tooth abscess.

Has anyone contacted the hospitals in Indiana and surrounds with his photos ?

I do not think any of these children are BK.
Paul Allard: No. Ears look similar. But nose is not right.
Mitchel Weisner: No, nose and ears not right. Ears too low.
Dermot Kelly: No. Ears too low.
Roger Ellison: Had freckles. Ears not right. Too young.

It bothers me how many young men just disappear. I read, he stepped outside for a moment, he went to get gas, he went to the store. So sad.

I think I have read before that BK's surgeries were years old. I do not think anyone would remember him by his photo.

I live in Australia so its really not financially viable for me to fly over and show them LOL anyone else ?

Also if it did include pins plates don't they have serial numbers etched on them ?

I know its a big HUGE ask but if that were the case he could have surgery to get the serial number!

It seems like we had this discussion before on this forum about if the pin plates have serial numbers or not. People thought it had been so long ago, maybe not.
I also think I remember that BK did not want surgery.
Anyone else's memory better than mine?

I have sent an email to NCMEC regarding Mark. Basically, I asked if Mark had DNA in the database and if so, when it was entered.

When BK's DNA is entered will it show matches on mitochrodia (sp?) DNA? As Mark went missing in 1967, any DNA will be from his mother or siblings, so not an exact match. Will this show up when BK's DNA is run?

AND - I called the Plumas Co. Sheriff's Office to check on the status of Mark's DNA. The detective is going to look into it and email me about what he finds. When he does, I will send him links to BK's info and our website.

I am sorry to have taken so long to get up the nerve to get this done. All is owed to Christine - who gives me confidence :)

Well I heard back from the detective. I'm going to send him a link for the pictures of BK right now. He said DNA from the mother and one of the sister's is in the database. I notice BK remembers 3 brothers - any chance that could be 3 sisters?

Anything's possible truly, Salem. With this kind of amnesia, who knows what his brain is protecting him from!!!

Good job checking in with the detectives. Once you do it the first time, you discover how much they appreciate any help clearing these difficult cases....

Regarding the hardware: after 20 plus years of calcifications etc, it is not necessarily reasonable for BK to try and have a pin dug out to see if it has a serial number. JMO and he is unwilling to go through this process right now. I agree with him that there are other avenues rather than elective surgery....

Hi Oh 20 years hmm yes then I agree..sight what a shame ....I thought that was a good way to find out who he is but didnt realise it was that long

I'm quoting myself to add more to this message. I sent links of pictures and the thread to the detective. I'm sure the detective knows Mark's family. Anyway, I asked him to check out the pictures and let me know what he thought.

Well..... I received an email back today and the dectective said he was going to make sure the FBI compared Mark's DNA to BK's!!!!:clap:

I know this is a really long shot. But there is something about BK's smile and his left ear that just keeps nagging at me and I can't seem to let this one go. I'm excited. The detective did not indicate he saw any resemblance to the family or anything. All he said was thanks for the links and he would be sure the FBI ran the DNA.

Like me, I think he thought it was interesting that will all the fingerprint checking and the publicity that BK has received, no one is claiming him.... Doesn't make sense, so I guess he thinks its worth one of these really long shots also :)
