Can't hear a thing... the ladies at work are picking right now to gossip and talk about soaps... aaaaarrrggghhhh.
 
Rented out Chipman house to Davidson and Daphne. They both signed agreement.
 
Was unable to collect rent in December on first try. Went back got it.

January 7th, Davidson didn't have rent money. Told him to come back later.

Went back a couple of days later, Monday. Saw that house/street was taped off by LE.
 
LE told him he couldn't go into the house at that time. Never did collect rent.

Explaining process of eviction and rerenting. Attorneys at bench.
 
Shoot - I missed what they objected to...
 
I think defense objected to prosecution asking what was procedure if house was abandoned.
 
If he had found the house abandoned and no rent paid. Would have gone in, contaced owner and cleaned house.

Defense recross. Didn't know house was vacant. Would of had to go through eviction process.

Vanessa's friend who had Davidson pull gun on her in December. She went back to Kentucky and Vanessa wouldn't go with her.
